St Nicholas Hospice Care is set in beautiful surroundings on the edge of Hardwick Heath and behind the West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds.
The building has two meeting rooms which are available for hire.
Treetops Room
This modern corner room is equipped with the latest presentation technology including an interactive white board and other facilities, all of which can be remotely controlled.
It can comfortably seat 16 people around a large table or 35 people, theatre-style. This room has disabed access and offers a spacious, light and airy venue. It includes the hire of a laptop, interactive white board and a DVD player including surround sound, flip charts and pens. The hire price is just £75 per half day or £140 for the whole day.
Sky Room
This light, airy and modern room is situated in the newer part of the Hospice building. It comfortably seats 10-12 people around a table or 16 people, theatre-style. It is naturally well lit by skylights, fully air conditioned and equipped with a loop system for the hard of hearing.
It is ideal for smaller groups and is situated close to refreshments and toilets. The cost includes the hire of a laptop and a projector, flip charts and pens. The price is just £55 for half a day or £100 for a full day.
Homemade and delicious catering can also be booked for your occasion.
