Legacies and Helpful Legal Information
One of the most important ways a person can help St Nicholas Hospice Care is to think of us and our patients when making a Will. Naturally your family comes first but if you leave us a gift, you can ensure we will be here in the future to help your family and friends should they need our care and support. You may consider leaving us a gift of a specific sum of money, estate, once debts and pecuniary bequests have been paid (a residuary bequest).
An up to date Will ensures you can:
- Provide for your family and friends to protect their future
- Support the charities you cared about in life with a gift
- Plan for your funeral, and put aside some money to cover expenses
- Update your wishes since you last reviewed your Will.
We have created a series of documents to help you make your Will and plan for your future. We always advocate taking legal and financial advice from a qualified professional to ensure your exact wishes are carried out.
