Booking Terms and Conditions

Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless stated otherwise.

Your place will be confirmed by email 7-10 days prior to the event. The email will also contain necessary information about parking, refreshments etc.

  • Please, please let us know if you cannot attend so that we can give your place to someone on the waiting list (see "unable to attend" for cancellation terms).
  • It is not our role to chase up outstanding finance for bookings payments. When you book a place with us, the contract we enter into does not include this. It is your own responsibilty to make sure payment is received by us - only then will your place be secured. We can, however, issue an invoice to you if requested.

Charged courses and events

  • Your reservation will be confirmed by email after we have received your payment.
  • If you have not had contact from us one week before the event please do contact us on 01284 715591 or education@stnh.org.uk

Payment due on receipt of invoice

BACS payments should be made to Barclays Bank Plc - Sort code 20-16-12. Account no. 40791679.

Cheques should be made payable to St Nicholas Hospice Care.

Unable to attend?

  • All cancellations must by made in writing or email education@stnh.org.uk.
  • You may substitute another attendee providing you let us know before the first day of the event
  • We reserve the right to retain the full course fee if cancellation occurs 7 days or less prior to the course.

Cancellation or postponement of courses by St Nicholas Hospice Care

If there is insufficient enrolment for a course or if a teacher/presenter is indisposed at the last minute, St Nicholas Hospice Care reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. All applicants will be informed as soon as possible by phone or email. In the event of cancellation, the fees will be refunded.
