The building has two meeting rooms which are available for hire.
Treetops Room
This modern corner room is equipped with the latest presentation technology including an interactive white board and other facilities, all of which can be remotely controlled.
It can comfortably seat 16 people around a large table or 35 people, theatre-style. This room is accessible either by stairs or via a small lift and offers a spacious, light and airy venue. The cost includes the hire of a laptop, interactive white board and a DVD player including surround sound, flip charts and pens.
PRICE: £120.00 per half day or part thereof - £200.00 for full day (9.00am to 5.00pm)
Sky Room
This light, airy and modern room is situated in the newer part of the Hospice building. It comfortably seats 10-12 people around a table or 16 people, theatre-style. It is naturally well lit by skylights, fully air conditioned and equipped with a loop system for the hard of hearing but does not have a lift. Access is via a spiral staircase.
